TRAINING SPECIALIST (Integration & Consulting) Working place: 6th floor, Intracom building, 33 Cau Dien, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi
Working time: 09h00 - 18h30 (Monday - Saturday)
JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Directly participate in integration training, corporate culture…
2. Responsible for training for BUSINESS DEPARTMENT, including product knowledge, policy, Consulting skills.
- Directly teach and train new employees on business knowledge and skills periodically.
3. Work closely with Business Supervisor to provide appropriate training courses.
4. Prepare materials for the training course.
5. Evaluate results after each training session to improve training quality
6. Ensure the process and quality of training courses. Troubleshooting (if any)
- INCOME:
Income: LCB 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND (Deal salary directly at Interview)
- One-month probationary period 85% basic salary, overtime 50,000VND/hour

- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Female age, has a personal laptop
- Have experience in internal training or sales team training
- Proficient in lesson design, proficient in office computer, especially Powerpoint
- Excellent communication, inspiration and training skills
- Ability to work with good people
