- Advising on the implementation of legal work related to the project;
- Have a relationship with departments to ensure the progress of project construction investment
- Checking documents, ensuring legality as a basis for drafting construction investment contracts according to regulations, real estate transfer and transaction contracts under the project;
- Working with customer partners, consulting units related to investment cooperation contracts, investment capital contribution contracts, contracts on transfer of land use rights, housing exchange contracts the foundation of the project;
- Periodic or ad hoc reports at the request of the Board of Directors;
- Other tasks as required by direct supervisor.
