JOB DESCRIPTION
• Participate in developing and promulgating project policies and procedures.
• Search, develop and deploy projects:
- Carry out work planning, schedules, resource allocation and financial plans of projects.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor project progress and ensure on schedule
- Control problems arising in the project and propose methods for handling and improvement
- Contact and act as a bridge with relevant units in project implementation
• Carry out reporting and prepare documents and procedures:
- Assist in the preparation and planning of logistics for various events: prepare agendas and meeting minutes, presentations, dispatches.
- Prepare and process documents, invoices, financial reports, as well as budget and progress reports.
- Prepare reports on project status and progress or unexpected reports when required.
- Able to travel on business trips: Tay Ninh, Cambodia regularly
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Graduated from College or University majoring in Finance, Project Management, Economics, Business Administration...
Experience: Five years of experience in a similar position
