Processing
- Work together with the team to develop ideas, content, scripts, and plans for each program and event with strategy and budget under the supervision and support of EM.
- Plan implementation: execution plan, action plan, check-list... suitable for each project.
- Work directly at the Manager's request.
- Go to site/site - check with Manager/Design along with relevant suppliers (if necessary)..
- Search and update the list of agencies, supliers, personnel....
- Check the reasonableness and accuracy of detailed work items: check-list, action plan, technical drawings...
- Follow up the work of suppliers to ensure the quality of services and products provided in the event program
- Run Internal event programs as assigned and mobilized by Manager
- Ensure documents such as contracts, advances, settlement, liquidation, etc. are completed on time.
- Report weekly work to Manager.
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday (1:30 minute lunch break)
