1) Job Description
- Thorough understanding of FWD's financial & insurance investment products
- Find and exploit potential customers.
- Providing and consulting financial solutions for customers.
- Care and maintain good relationship with customers
- Directly sell and contribute to the company's productivity to fulfill the set targets.
- Build a personal brand, bring the highest level of service experience to customers
2) Requirements:
- Age: 22 and up
- Business experience is an advantage
- Proficient in using smart electronic devices: Phone, Ipad, laptop
- Confidence in communication, good persuasion skills and bright appearance are advantages.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, serious and responsible at work
- Education level: High school graduate/College/University
3) Income benefits:
- Corresponding to the revenue
- Basic commission: From 12 million -20 million VND
- Monthly bonus: From 1 million -5 million VND
- Quarterly bonus: From 2 million -10 million VND
Total income: From 15 million or more (unlimited)
