WORK CONTENT

• Have experience in installing network systems, IT equipment, security surveillance cameras, telephone switchboards, company audio....
• Carry out tasks related to construction activities, acceptance of projects and other assigned tasks.
• Manage, design and deploy network and camera systems.
• Plan system maintenance.
• User equipment (computer, printer, scanner, photo...).
• Diagnose and fix technical errors related to software, viruses,...
• Diagnose and fix technical errors related to computer hardware.
• Diagnose and replace damaged equipment.
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, MDaemon.
• Install OS and application software for Client computers.
• Deploy and install IT equipment.
• Support users to solve basic IT-related problems themselves.
• Notify relevant departments if errors have not been resolved.
• Maintain computer equipment periodically.
• Support other BUs in the IT field when required.
• Manage IT equipment (computer, Modem, wifi, printer, fax, photo...) and IT infrastructure.
• Managing office and factory camera infrastructure.

REQUEST

Education/professional qualifications:

• Professional qualifications: University degree in IT or equivalent.
• Computer skills: Proficient in AutoCADs, MS Office software.
• Foreign language proficiency: reading and understanding specialized English documents.

Skill:

• Have skills to flexibly solve technical problems using many design solutions.
• Have good problem analysis skills and high creativity.
• Have skills in organizing and scheduling work time.
• Have good information communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Have good teamwork skills and build collective working relationships.

Experience:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in CCTV, IT Network
• Studied CCNA, Routing & Switching CCNA
• Have knowledge of network equipment. Basic understanding of lan network, wifi, cameras.
