MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitor and manage revenue and expenses
- Timekeeping, employee salary calculation
- Update debt, make payment plan
- Make bank records
- Issue VAT invoice
- Quarterly tax report
- Monitoring, statistics and storage of contracts, full contract addendums
- Detailed tracking of accounts receivable - payable by each customer, supplier.
- Make reconciliation of debts together with the payment documents, according to each batch of invoices, quarterly and annually, and send them to customers. Full tracking and recall.
- Maintain records in accordance with company regulations
- Perform work as assigned by Chief Accountant and General Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: University graduate majoring in Accounting - Finance;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position;
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and report;
- Proficient in using accounting software, office computers (especially excel);
- Careful, honest, responsible for work.
