MANDATES

I. Professional work

1. Modularization and optimization of existing products.
2. Research and apply new technologies to create new products that meet the criteria: Green - cheap - convenient
3. Research to create new products to meet market needs according to the research of the market research department
4. New product packaging, project deployment & delivery.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to handle issues related to proposed products;
6. Perform other tasks assigned.

II. Coordination work

1. Coordinate with other departments and divisions in the company to complete tasks and plans
2. Coordinate with project management boards to handle the scene;
3. Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

1. To decide on contents related to professional activities within the scope of their assignment/authorization;

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS NEEDED

1. Having experience in architectural design, structure, M&E system of urban projects, resorts, high-rise houses...
2. Ability to update and apply knowledge, apply new construction technologies and techniques.
3. Knowledge of construction quality standards: TCVN, TCXD, BXD..
4. Understanding the legal regulations related to the construction field;
5. Skills in goal management, time management and task control
6. Relationship building skills
7. Problem solving and planning skills.
