JOB DESCRIPTION
- Searching for potential customers related to beauty - cosmetics, cosmetic processing, functional foods.
- Exploiting and taking care of customers according to company data
- Meeting and approaching customers
- Solve problems arising from customers when processing at the Group
- Collaborate with Managers and Directors to provide direction and strategy for each business stage
- Consulting and collecting customer information to close the sale
- Send test samples to customers, report feedback
- Prepare quotation to send to customers
- Negotiate terms and sign a contract
- Product warranty for customers when encountering complaints
- Order management, debt tracking
- Working time: Morning (8:45-11:30), afternoon (13:30-17:00) Working just over 6h/1 day, Sunday and public holidays as prescribed, 1 month off 1 day off.

REQUEST
- Graduated from university or college in related fields.
- Expertise in the field of business and customer care.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, good looking and agile, good communication.
- More than 6 months of experience in business in any industry.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Understanding of the cosmetic or beauty business market.
- Enthusiasm and desire to stick with the group.
- Gender: Not required.
- Having transportation, smart phone, knowing how to use Facebook, Zalo, good use of Excel and Google sheet is an advantage.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Minimum hard salary from million VND/month. No sales required for the first 3 months.
- Probation for up to a month, Commission bonus higher than the hard salary, average total income from up to million dong/month depending on capacity and unlimited income if sales are high
- KPI bonus for the period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year if the targets and plans are completed according to the company's projects.
