JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Search for potential customers: make phone calls to meet, consult, introduce to customers about the company's products and services (real estate projects, bonds, service packages for nursing homes). Guide procedures and complete documents for customers according to regulations.
- Answer customers' questions about products and purchase procedures according to the company's general program.
- Maintain customer relationships, perform customer care work to ensure customer satisfaction on services.
- Report promptly, accurately and fully on work-related information to the Board of Directors on a regular or irregular basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates with 1 year working experience in business (including real estate business, finance, banking, insurance, hotel...). No experience will be trained.
- Having good analytical thinking, logically explaining the strengths and weaknesses of business plans.
- Active communication, persuasive voice, easy to listen to.
- Other skills: Time arrangement, work arrangement, teamwork, situation handling, flexibility, meticulousness, perseverance, ability to work under high pressure

RIGHT
- Income from (VND) (Including: hard salary + KPIs salary + commission)
- Probation: 2 months: (hard salary) + allowance + no KPI + No sales
