- Search for customers, direct projects and search for bidding package information online
- Coordinate search for goods suppliers and make offer plans
- In charge of preparing bids and bid estimates/quotes, quotes to send to company's customers
- Synthesize, check and store all documents related to bidding documents
- Analyze bidding documents to prepare bid proposals.
- In charge of implementing legal and capacity requirements and completing bidding documents as required.
- Contact and provide information to submit bids, update and track the winning results of the units.
- Coordinate with related departments and customers to handle arising problems during the implementation of bidding documents.
- Participate in the implementation of the sale and purchase contract and monitor the progress of the contract implementation, coordinate with the accountant to implement the guarantee.
- Follow up the procedures for handover, installation, acceptance, payment and settlement of the project.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
