• Direct and indirect consultation on appropriate study programs based on customer data from sources (Social Network/Website/...)
• Caring for and monitoring the learning situation of Online/Offline students (Performed on the Company's own software)
• Maintain relationships with students before, during and after the course
• Participate and come up with ideas for Company activities

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from College, University or higher, with priority given to majors in Economics, Communications, Marketing,...
• Accepts final year students preparing to graduate
• Have experience in sales, telesales, customer care (with KPI applied) in service, retail, education,... at least 6 months or more
• Having knowledge of IELTS is an advantage
• Verbal, good at negotiating and persuading, able to withstand high work pressure. Hardworking, always have specific work goals to strive for
• Passionate about business and responsible for work
• Office skills: proficient in Word, Excel, office information technology
• Have personal laptop

Right

• Actual income from 15M - 25M (Fix salary, Commission, Bonus)
• Lunch allowance from 780,000 - 1,300,000 VND (calculated separately from salary, applicable to full-time employees)
• Opportunity to advance to Team Leader (after 3 - 6 months) and Center Manager (after 9 - 12 months) or Sales Manager (12 - 18 months)
• Review salary increases 2-3 times/year or individuals propose ahead of time when there are outstanding achievements
