1.Implement the business plan:
- Responsible for customer development, maintenance, and care of B2B customers belonging to the assigned group of small and medium industrial customers.
- Make monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans for each customer in charge and ensure set goals
- Offering products to existing and new customers in the industry in charge (consulting on quality, offering prices and negotiating with customers)
- Maintain, search, and restore lost customers (propose solutions to perform sales work effectively).
- Prepare reports, product sales contracts, receive and update delivery schedules with customers.
- Receive and coordinate the processing of information and requests from customers.
2.Perform contracts and collect debts:
- Check and urge the process of order fulfillment and delivery, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines
- Act as the focal point to receive information, coordinate with the Warehouse Department and related units, resolve arising issues and problems related to the goods delivery process (quality, delivery schedule) .
- Coordinate with the accounting department, directly claim and recover sales proceeds (due and overdue).
3. Implement reports: weekly work plan, weekly debt report, report recording work results.

College
Experience: Priority is given to having experience in sales of Horeca, KA, B2B channels. Minimum 2 years experience.
