- Consulting and closing customers on online channels:
- Responsible for customer feedback on online channels (Facebook, Tiktok).
- Understand products and advise customers on products/services via online or phone channels to close orders.
- Data management and customer care:
- Build and manage a customer data system to clearly understand customer information and needs, and maintain a good relationship between customers and the company.
- Livestream and promote sales:
- Participate and lead livestream sales on Facebook and Tiktok platforms to introduce, advise and promote sales.
