JOB DESCRIPTION

- Participating in the sale of telecommunications services (voice services, private channel rental services, point-to-point data transmission services, international data transmission services, Server/mail hosting, server placing...) for corporate clients, international organizations;

- Market research (macro market on FDI and industry market) - Collect and build Database of potential customers who are foreign or foreign-invested enterprises;

- Collect relevant information of competitors including: price, contract term, problems that customers are facing with current supplier to make accurate decisions;

- Coordinate with relevant departments to deploy services and take care of customers after sales;

- Report fully the information about the customer database, the activities performed and actively build a weekly and monthly work plan based on the assigned tasks.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Male/Female: from 22 to 30 years old. Good-looking appearance, good communication skills, good negotiation and presentation skills;

- University degree in foreign economics, international business, major in foreign languages, information technology (IT) or telecommunications;

- Required number of years of working experience in Sales - Marketing - Customer care: years. Preference will be given to candidates with B2B technical or sales experience in the IT and telecommunications fields;

- Understanding of the market including market needs, trends related to products and services that CMC is providing, understanding the characteristics of competitors;

- Using telesales, social network tools (linkedin, alphabet, facebook,...), Searching for potential customers who are foreign-invested enterprises.
