Purpose of work: - Building, managing and developing sales activities of the company Tasks: • Formulating and organizing the implementation of the Company's business plan • Collecting, analyzing and evaluating information market information and make suggestions and recommendations • Implement business policies of the Company • Approve and control company-level sales contracts according to the Company's regulations • Implement customer support activities Customers • Be responsible for production and business activities before the Board of Directors and other State management agencies • Manage the Company's business activities to ensure compliance with the Company's regulations and Vietnamese Laws • Building and developing customer service • Building a professional image and style for the retail company; Make a yearly/quarterly/monthly sales plan • Ensure the conformity of the Company's activities with the quality system • Organize the handling of customer complaints at the Company level • Organize the recruitment and training of sales staff. positions and employees of the Company. • Evaluate subordinates • Collect and approve relevant quality indicators • Report on the Company's business activities to the Board of Directors
