- In charge and care of international customers.
- Actively seek customers through search engines, Facebook, and e-commerce systems.
- Searching and persuading customers to buy export products of the Company.
- Receive orders from customers and process them properly.
- Compose Quotation, Invoice, Packaging List and prepare other delivery documents.
- Follow up the production plan, contact the relevant departments to deploy the orders of the customers that they are in charge of.
- Select the Forwarder service, contact the Forwarder to make the export declaration.
- Drafting contracts, directly implementing, urging the implementation of foreign trade contracts.
- Handle customer orders and requests, negotiate contract terms and close orders.
- Regularly update information and images about products and export markets
