WORK CONTENT

• Consulting (including indirect, direct, telephone counseling) suitable study programs for students based on the Company's database sources
• Receive KPI and be responsible for monthly KPI from Manager
• Taking care of students, monitoring the status of students in online/offline classes (done on the company's software)
• Maintain and build relationships with students after the course

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from College, University or higher, accepting 3rd / 4th year students waiting for graduation
• Experienced in sales, telesale, customer care (with KPI) in the service, retail, education,...
• Knowledge of IELTS is an advantage
• Active language, good negotiation and persuasion skills, able to withstand high work pressure. Hardworking, always have specific work goals to strive for
• Passionate about business and responsible for work
• Office skills: proficient in Word, Excel, office computer
• English skills: basic communication
• Have a personal laptop

REMUNERATION POLICY

• Actual income from 15M - 25M, specifically:
  • Minimum hard salary: 9M - 16M (for full time position), depending on individual performance
  • Commission: according to the regime of the Sales Department
  • Team bonus, monthly bonus, quarterly bonus, annual bonus, "hot" bonus
• Support for lunch from 780000 - 1,300,000 VND (calculated separately from salary, applicable to full-time employees)
• Opportunity to advance to Team Leader (after 3 - 6 months) and Center Head (after 9 months) or Sale Manager (9 - 12 months)
• Review salary increase every 6 months with clear criteria or personally propose before time when there are outstanding achievements

WORKING TIME AND LOCATION:
Rotate the shift from Monday to Sunday. 1.5 days/week off
- Administrative shift: 8am - 17h30 (lunch break 1.5h)
- Evening shift: 13:30 - 21:00 (afternoon break 1 hour)
