Describe

• Recruit, train, manage and supervise a Telesales Team of 8 - 15 people
• Search and develop new sales methods to serve the Company's goals
• Optimize scripts and Telesales rates
• Learn and research the children's education market and competitors and provide advanced training for personnel periodically monthly, quarterly, etc.
• Implement business plans to achieve the goals set by the Head of Department

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• English: good reading and writing ability, basic communication
