- Develop plans, progress, and self-implement legal procedures. Strictly control legal documents of assigned investment projects;
- Participate in investment preparation stages, support project implementation, and project transfer;
- Prepare overall plan and each phase of the project;
- Collect documents and research: current status, planning and legal data related to the project to apply for investment policies, build a database for the project;
- Control the process of preparing proposal documents, project preparation, investment report preparation, and design tasks of assigned projects according to the company's policies and goals;
- Work, check and control the progress and quality of contracts of consulting units participating in the project;
- Establish relationships with Departments, branches, functional agencies and localities to submit documents, explain, verify and appraise projects, request investment policies, prepare planning and set up initial projects. private;
- Proactively contact, follow up, monitor and urge document processing specialists at Departments and Agencies during the implementation of project legal procedures.
