1. In-depth research and development of products and services in English
- In-depth research on English products and services of the company and the market;
- Participating in the construction and development of new products and services, integrating technologies, meeting market demands;
- Develop content and direct internal training on English products and services.
2. Coordinating the development, implementation and support of English training programs
- Participate in the development of consulting projects for clients on foreign language training and teacher training;
- Design training and assessment materials (including curriculum frameworks, documents, sample lectures, tests, etc.);
- Participating in the development of quality management processes for training/training courses and monitoring the implementation process;
- Directly teach and/or evaluate teaching quality at training/training courses;
- Maintain regular contact with the customer's specialized team to promptly support and coordinate to handle arising problems;
- Evaluate and write reports on training/training results.
3. Collaborate in building and maintaining a network of English teachers
4. Other jobs
- Join the department head in professional meetings with customers to capture information about training needs;
- Coordinating with the head of the department to participate in product consultation meetings for potential customers;
- English-Vietnamese, Vietnamese-English translator/interpreter (when required).
- Other tasks as reasonably assigned by superiors.
