Directly perform the work of preparing documents and documents serving the investment of real estate projects in accordance with the State's regulations such as: Dossier of application for approval of policy and recognition of investor, investment approval , escrow agreement, planning approval, LURC, construction permit... according to current regulations
Coordinate with relevant divisions and departments of the Group to complete documents and procedures. Directly work with the competent Departments / Departments / Sectors, implementing project development.
Follow up the arising work related to the legal procedures of the projects.
Update information, report progress, handle documents related to assigned project procedures and legislation.
Handle situations arising during project implementation, ensure project implementation on schedule, comply with legal regulations.
Drafting, editing and reviewing documents during the implementation of assigned projects.
Update and analyze newly promulgated drafts/legal documents that affect project investment policies and procedures. Proposing implementation methods or solutions to legal issues related to the project during project implementation.
Support the Board of Directors in building, connecting, maintaining and developing relationships with associations, organizations, state agencies and local authorities.
