Promote ticket sales for online and offline events
Work closely with the MKT team to optimize display on social channels, websites and advertising channels to increase awareness and conversions
Search, consult and provide complete and accurate information about the company's products/services to customers
Caring for existing customers and exploiting potential customers
Track customer payment progress
Receive and respond to feedback from customers within the scope of authority
Take care of assigned customers and build long-term relationships with customers
Report data and daily work to management.
Update customer information into the system, make reports as requested by superiors
Perform other tasks as requested by Direct Manager
Other requirements:
Have personal laptop
Cares about health and likes to play sports
Diligent, enthusiastic, eager to learn, agile, honest
Ability to think innovatively, accurately and do the right thing
Able to work independently, manage time well to complete work on deadline
