Organize management, propose and advise the Executive Board, the Director is in charge of handling and approving projects related to the field of project management, including the following parts: Design management, Construction management and Project management. Cost management - Contracts at projects;
Develop operating regulations of the Project Management Department in accordance with the organizational chart and operational regulations of the Company;
Organize and manage the activities of the Project Management Department;
Assign and control the work of each department and member of the Department of Implementation at projects;
Coordinating, managing and controlling the activities of partners and contractors participating in projects to ensure the successful completion of the company's goals;
Other tasks as assigned by the Executive Board, the Director is in charge.
Job requirements:
Skills in chairing, managing meetings, solving problems at the project.
Good communication and situational skills.
Middle management skills.
Good word processing skills and specialized software use;
Analytical skills;
Language skills: basic English communication.
Understanding of Laws, regulations and standards on Construction and real estate business.
Other information:
Graduated from university majoring: Civil & industrial construction.
Practice certificate: Project manager / construction supervision consultant, at least class II or higher.
Age: 35 years old and up.
Have experience working for investors in a similar position.
