Degree/Certificate: University degree or higher, majoring in economics, construction, or related majors. Age: 25 -45 years old Necessary knowledge - Knowledge of construction economics; - Understanding of operations related to economic management, construction investment volume; - Maintain compliance with rules, regulations and procedures. Required capacity - Working skills: capable of managing construction costs, managing contracts, analyzing data - Knowledge: Knowledge of current laws (real estate business law, construction law, related circulars and decrees) Core competencies - Professional capacity: Ability to manage product criteria, standards, estimates, commercial and legal contracts; Ability to plan overall product implementation; Risk management during product implementation.
