• Develop and implement themes, goals, and plans for activities to build and develop the Company's culture.
• Communicate policies, resolutions, and regulations related to group activities and individual employees at the Company.
• Communicate cultural values and ideas. Bringing corporate cultural values into daily activities at the enterprise.
• Coordinate with related units such as Human Resources, Marketing.... To organize control and evaluation to encourage employees to behave according to cultural values.
• Manage and deploy content of internal communication channels: Newsletter, zalo, fanpage, web,...
• Come up with ideas, find collaborators or self-organize and deploy internal and external events to create connection, attachment, gratitude and support for the Company's activities: Cooperation signing ceremonies, Birthdays, Happy Hour, Team building, fine arts activities, internal competitions...
• Focal point for receiving and coordinating the implementation of internal service work: internal gifts for Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival, March 8...
• Other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
