+ Welcoming customers from online and offline marketing sources to the Branch.
+ Collect customer information and needs about Dental services.
+ Understand customer needs and then provide and quote appropriate services to customers and their spending limits. Consulting and convincing customers to perform services.
+ Coordinate with Doctors to develop plans to successfully close sales, improve consulting and care efficiency, and convince customers to use the service.
+ Master the existing technical catalogs, pricing policies, promotions and incentives being issued/applied.
+ Monitor and take care of customers who have been consulted but have not used the service as prescribed.
+ Build friendly, close relationships with customers to establish and take care of new potential customers and customer referrals.
+ Report and update customer data: directly complete customer records and take care of customers according to regulations.
+ Track payment history, payment reminders. Debt recovery (if any).
+Directly or coordinate with Branch Manager to resolve customer complaints during and after using the service: record reasons, support customer feedback to handle customer problems .
