JOB DESCRIPTION :
As a consultant on nutritional dairy products for the elderly (Global famous brand from the US), you will:
- Contact customers by phone to consult and sell nutritional products on the list of available data (in demand)
- Take care and answer product questions for old and new customers
- Consulting nutrition information and nutritional products for customers based on the customer's condition and needs
- Get more customer information to increase sales
- Follow up and take care of customers periodically to maintain customers
- Accomplish daily, weekly and monthly targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- High school graduate or above
- At least 1 year experience in sales/telesales, sales consultant, customer service, PG/PB
- Experience in the field of nutrition and health care products is an advantage
- Agility, communication skills, good communication
- Disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Basic office informatics
