Plan weekly and monthly work to ensure targets are met.
Search for potential customers (market visits, roadshows, events...)
Conduct telesales to potential customers, find out customer needs and convince customers to come to the center to experience a trial lesson.
Schedule placement tests, demo sessions, and appropriate course consultation for students.
Register students for classes, arrange classes for students and process course payments.
Caring for and supporting students throughout the learning process while building good relationships with all students to ensure re-enrollment rates.
Coordinate with the Marketing Department to implement PR programs, events, market research and analysis as assigned to establish potential customer data.
Make complete and timely reports as requested by management.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

College graduate or higher, no major required
Age: from 20 - 27 years old

Working hours: 48 hours/week, rotating shifts, working Saturday - Sunday.
