Job details:
- Consulting (including indirect, direct, and telephone consulting) on suitable study programs for students based on database sources (fanpage/
website/field data/data from supplementary products: practice tests, books,...) of the Company
- Participate in brainstorming ideas, planning and implementing the Center's programs
- Taking care of students, monitoring student status in online/offline classes (performed on the Company's software)
- Maintain and build relationships with students after the course
Candidate requirements:
- Graduated from College, University or higher, accepting 3rd/4th year students waiting to graduate
- Experience in sales, telesales, customer care (with KPI applied) in service, retail, education,...
- Having knowledge of IELTS is an advantage
- Be eloquent, have good negotiation and persuasion skills, and can withstand high work pressure. Hardworking, always have specific work goals to strive for
- Passionate about business and responsible for work
- English skills: basic communication
- Have personal laptop
Right:
- Hard salary from 8,000,000 - 18,000,000 gross ( excluding commissions and bonuses)
- Commission: according to the regime of the Sales Department
- Team bonus, monthly bonus, quarterly bonus, annual bonus, "hot" bonus
- Lunch money support from 780000 - 1.300000 VND (calculated separately from salary, applicable to full-time employees)
- Overtime salary x 150%
=> AVERAGE INCOME from 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND
- Opportunity to advance to Team Leader (after 3 - 6 months) and Center Head (after 9 months) or Sales Manager ( 9 - 12 months)
