Job description
- Posting to find new customers through online marketing channels
- Find out & receive the needs of customers to rent business premises, select & advise suitable products;
- Survey new rental houses in the market
- Guide customers to visit the house directly;
- Support customers to negotiate, negotiate and sign contracts.
- Participate in training programs organized by the company.
- Periodic work reports according to the regulations of the Sales Department and the Branch.
Candidate Requirements
- Male/Female with a desire to make a breakthrough in income from the Real Estate industry.
- Candidates can withstand pressure well, not afraid of survey and field activities (inner city of Ho Chi Minh City)
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Sales commission from 30-60%
- Monthly salary allowance of 10 million with KPI.
- Allowance for parking costs + Marketing fee allowance of 1,000,000/month
