**PERSONNEL:
Personnel management: Manage all personnel at offices; Monitor and develop professional training programs, testing knowledge and skills
Support setting sales goals, capacity assessment, employee KPIs; Maintain professional style and attitude.
Update company regulations & working procedures
Prepare labor contracts, calculate salary, income tax, insurance
**CUSTOMER CARE
Plan customer care and suggest gifts
Conduct monthly surveys with customers
Receive customer complaints and report to superiors to suggest solutions
