I. Job description

• Develop and implement multi-channel content strategy for brands on Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube based on analyzing trends and preferences of target audiences.
• Support the production and editing of creative, engaging videos that are consistent with brand standards and trends on social channels.
• Optimize engagement and increase reach through effective use of hashtags, stimulating interaction and coordination with channel Keypersons.
• Track and analyze channel performance, including views, engagement and follower growth, to adjust your content strategy accordingly.
• Participate in overall marketing campaigns and contribute creative ideas to cross-platform campaigns.
• Respond and interact with followers in a positive and friendly manner, maintaining an active community on the channel.

III. Request

• Priority is given to candidates with experience building channels
• Requires personal laptop to work
• Able to create performance content, write scripts, coordinate production and create content on social media platforms Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,...
• Ability to proactively search and research social media trends, especially video marketing
• Know how to use production support tools such as Canva, CapCut, AI, basic Pts
• Have skills in measuring Fanpage and website metrics, know how to use social analytics and other measurement research tools
• Have logical, sensitive thinking, quickly update industry trends and fluctuations as well as industry content
• Having experience working in health, beauty, and high-end services is an advantage

IV. Working time and location

Working hours: Morning 8:00 am - 5:30 pm from Monday - Saturday (1.5 hour lunch break)
