- Fix Word file format, PDF file, fix text spelling errors
- Update text properties
- Prepare documents and records for Customer Service Department
JOB REQUIREMENTS: a) General requirements:- Education and Training: College graduate or above.
- Occupation: Social Division, Archives
- Office skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel;
- Good typing ability is required;
- Experience proofreading print house manuscripts is an advantage.
- Foreign language ability: English communication
- Experience time: Not required
