- Track and analyze data on interactions, traffic, and evaluate content effectiveness.

- Come up with tiktok and facebook video ideas

- Create and manage content posting schedules.

- Develop a content plan based on the company's needs and goals.

- Propose and implement improvements based on those analyzes and assessments.

- Responsible for producing media content (Company events, Brand promotions...) such as articles, video/image ideas,...

- Write video scripts

- Carry out tasks under direct direction from department heads and Board of Directors.
