JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor and analyze the problems customers encounter during the implementation of the signed solution, thereby drawing up strategies to help customers use products or services better;
- Validate hidden or arising needs of customers after the implementation process to propose more appropriate technology solutions through presentations and Demos;
- Negotiate plans for cooperation to expand or maintain, leading to close agreements in order to maximize the profits of both parties (company and customer).
RIGHT:
- Income: hard salary - VND) + commissions + allowance = up to - VND;
- Trained according to a methodical and professional roadmap on B2B Customer Development/ Customer Success;
- To develop and improve knowledge on business administration and application of SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) technology in B2B;
- To be considered for capacity assessment (performance review) and level-up every 3 months;
