Receive information about shipments from the sales department, including information about quantity, weight, size, sending point, destination, sending date and other related information.
Handle necessary documents and papers to ensure the shipment delivery process takes place on time and according to regulations.
Maintain contact with customers and other relevant partners to keep informed of shipment status and progress, resolve issues that arise, and provide necessary support during the shipping process.
Resolve issues and complaints from customers regarding shipments
Monitor shipment progress and make reports on the situation to relevant parties
Monitor the shipping process, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards for quality, security and safety of shipments REQUEST:
Minimum 1 year of experience in exporting goods
Graduated from University majoring in: Logistics, transportation economics,... and related majors
Agile, honest, enthusiastic, good communication, able to withstand work pressure
Good foreign languages (English, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage RIGHT:
