Job Description

*Location:

  • QTSC Building 1, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, HCM.
  • Tower 1, One Hub Saigon, Lot C1-2, D1 Street, Saigon Hi-tech Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh
    City, Vietnam.

1. Job Description
• Liaising between guests and partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound, outbound, email,
chat, and messaging on various topics such as: additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations,
complaints,...
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.
2. Job Requirement
• Fluency in English (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English.
• Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems.
• Positive and resilient attitude.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months in Customer Service role.
3. Work Time: 24/7, 2 days off per week, arranged by team leaders.
• Day Shift: 7:00 – 16:00; 9:00 – 18:00; 12:00 – 21:00; 13:00 – 22:00.
• Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.; 20:00 – 5:00; 21:00 – 6:00; 22:00 – 7:00.
4. Salary
• Base salary: 7,500,000 VND/month.
• Meal Allowance: 500000vnd/month.
• Complexity allowance: 1,000,000vnd/month (If you handle Inbound call).
• Monthly KPI incentive: 900000 – 1.200000vnd.
