- Social insurance: conduct insurance procedures for newcomers, retirees, retirees, update records.
- Calculating salary and bonus
- Manage the use of stationery, rice, noodles, water, milk.
- Plan to distribute uniforms and protective gear for employees
- Manage the company gate security team, confirm the schedule with guests coming to the company.
- Prepare for the company's holiday plans (travel, year-end, other activities...).
- Manage company drivers
- Welcoming and guiding guests to the company
- Managing working time, employee attendance (leave, late, absent, late coming home early), managing employee overtime.
- Posting, recruiting and interviewing personnel.
- Register for tax identification number, dependents
- Carrying out procedures related to state agencies such as applying for work permits, temporary residence, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from college/university
- Female, under 35 years old
- 1 year or more experience in similar position
- Intermediate English or N3 Japanese (direct communication with Japanese boss)
- Proficient in word, excel, powerpoint
■Salary:upto 14 Mil Gross
■Working time: Monday: ::, Every other week
