Job Description: - Working with the company to develop a product development plan that is compatible with market needs in the current agricultural context.
- Representing the company to establish new transactions, maintain and develop existing transactions. Accompany and directly support the requirements arising from partners and customers in the cooperation process. Be responsible to the company for sales from a group of partners and customers under their management.
- Jointly consult and implement Marketing and Brand development strategies when required.
- Perform other arising tasks under the allocation of direct management.
Job Requirements :
- At least 05 years of experience in the field of agriculture and 02 years as a manager or business leader in the field of Agriculture.
- Knowledge of active ingredients of pesticides and preparations applied in agriculture; farming techniques and the trend of applying modern technology to agricultural production in Vietnam market.
- Priority is given to personnel with knowledge and understanding of the production process of fertilizers - pesticides.
- Priority is given to personnel who have experience in managing the distribution of imported products or have experience in consulting and managing transactions of corporate customer groups or a group of separate identifiable distribution agents.
