1. Cook for your own family
• Main dishes: Vietnamese dishes (Sometimes changing European - Asian dishes);
• Characteristics: Daily family meals and welcome events if any.
2. Specific tasks include:
+ Buying ingredients to process dishes
+ Prepare ingredients and prepare food
+ Maintain and preserve tools, machinery and equipment in the kitchen.
+ Carry out inspection of food goods left over from the previous day and provide solutions.
+ Prepare ingredients to prepare dishes.
+ Implement/Check and maintain food hygiene and safety standards
+ Perform/Check the storage and destruction of food samples.
+ Prepare daily menu as requested
+ Directly prepare Vietnamese dishes
+ Maintain and ensure the kitchen area is always clean. Wash and wipe down kitchen equipment, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and microwaves after each use.
Job requirements
• Good health, no infectious diseases and passion for cooking
• Spirit of cooperation and listening at work
• Honest, careful, clean, highly disciplined at work.
• Intermediate level or higher + kitchen certificate
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food, kitchen management, cooking, 4-5 star restaurants/hotels
• Working hours: from 9:00 a.m. to dinner (usually 8:00 p.m.)
Right
• Fixed salary commensurate with candidate's ability + benefits, holidays, and Tet bonuses.
• 1 day off per week
• Salary paid evenly every month; Can support insurance participation (if needed);
