- Job: Designing and consulting Vietnam tours for international tourists (English speaking market) (B2B AND B2C)
- Information management and customer care (before during and after the tour)
- Market research, new product development
- Develop new customers and take care of existing customers.
- Receive requests and needs of B2B partners and B2C customers in assigned markets to process, provide quotes and track customers and partners.
- Planning and developing the market promotion plan assigned to: Sales Mission.
- Follow up the debt settlement of customers and partners in the assigned market
- The job assignments according to the requirements of the leaders of the Foreign Trade Division and the Head/Deputy Head of the Marketing Department
- Prepare weekly and monthly work reports
