- Planning, implementing, monitoring & optimizing the implementation of online advertising campaigns on Digital channels according to the allocated budget (Facebook/Google/Adnet/Zalo/Youtube. ..)
- Monitor, measure, analyze/evaluate and report on the reach effectiveness of each content on each communication channel to achieve specific goals for example: Branding/Bringing in new customers, etc. of digital marketing activities and KPIs.
- Coordinate the content of communication channels to promote the main message of each campaign
- Planning and implementing activities: SEO / SEM, e-mail marketing, social media and other communication campaigns.
- Coordinate content marketing to create landing pages and effectively increase user experience
- Coordinate content marketing, designers to complete media publications
- Proposing new, trending communication channels to ensure KPI and lead results.
- Participate in market and competitor research periodically
- Track, listen, understand, Identify trends and customer insights to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Continuously update user insights with new marketing trends to propose appropriate advertising campaigns to satisfy user needs.
- Collect information about customers, customer needs. Answer customer questions on websites + fanpages that we manage, poll customers.
