Event Executive at Ho Chi Minh City - Heritage Group

• Specific tasks are as follows:
- Planning, building and implementing event activities
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, related departments to come up with implementation ideas
- Search and negotiate with partners to ensure service quality
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate and propose improvement and efficiency improvement plans
- Distributing approved budget to ensure event activities
• Request :
- Graduated from Intermediate or higher, majoring in Marketing, Event Organization, Communication, Advertising...
- Having at least 01 year experience in the same position in Nightlife, F&B… is an advantage.
- Skilled in organizing, formulating and implementing strategies
- Have a relationship with event organizers, KOLs...
- Working full time.
- Young, dynamic, independent working is a great advantage.
