Tasks to perform:
Develop ideas, event content, collaborate with staff in the group/department; Prepare proposals/proposals to implement projects and events for customers
Develop programs according to specific requirements of each customer
Deal with customers and resolve related situations before, during and after the event
Coordinating employees and partners in the process of organizing the event
Manage and ensure the progress and quality of assigned events, accurate and complete implementation
Report work and be responsible for the assigned event to the immediate superior.
Other tasks:
Understand the company's operating regulations and disseminate them to junior staff (if any).
New customer data system, new suppliers...
Support colleagues and other work-related departments when needed
Job requirements:
high school graduation
Experience in the event industry
Can communicate in English/Japanese is an advantage
Have good presentation skills
Knowledge of event management & operation
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Innovative and creative thinking
Proficient in using relevant software, especially Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook...
