Position: Sales Director
Job description :
- Manage all business activities of a paint company under the group
- Work in the assigned management area of 1-3 provinces
- Can work in the locality where you live
- Planning and recruiting, managing the Sales Supervision system
- Search and support Sales Supervisor to close distributors
- Prepare a market deployment plan for the area under your management
- Search for potential customers and expand NPP
- Report work according to group regulations.
Job requirements: at least 1 year in a management position or equivalent, with responsibility at work.
Salary: from million + commission, unlimited income according to ability.
