- Planning, making and proposing monthly marketing strategy of the company according to the general strategy of the Company. Develop new advertising channels on digital platforms.
- Organize the detailed implementation and monitoring of the Marketing plan according to the set goals.
- Create advertising campaigns on platforms Facebook, Google AdWords, Youtube, Zalo, LinkedIn, Email.... and offline of the company.
- Deploy and improve content quality with SEO tools and Google Analytics
- Contribute ideas on content, multi-channel images for the brand's general marketing campaigns; Brands
- Planning, analyzing, measuring and implementing Digital Marketing activities;
- Building and implementing marketing programs to attract customers' attention (via Online, Offilne).
- Research, propose, implement policies to enhance business performance, be responsible for controlling, organizing and operating business activities.
- Surveying and Capturing the market's needs to proactively plan marketing and advise the Board of Directors on effective marketing strategies in each period.
- Research, learn new trends on channels, then apply creatively and selectively in accordance with the MKT strategy from time to time.
- Build, train & lead a team of employees to ensure that they meet assigned targets and bring a good experience to customers.
- Coordinating with Human Resources department to deploy Recruitment, personnel training, ensure the job requirements of account managers.
