- Manage all paint business activities of the company in the area in charge
- Directly seek to expand the market to consume water-based paint products, including 2 main channels: distributors and direct works and projects.
- Expand and develop relationships with construction companies, construction supervisors, bricklayers, painters, to find ways to push paint directly into construction projects.
- Recruit, manage and train the sales monitoring system
- Deploy, support, check and urge sales targets for GSBH
- Plan and execute sales, coverage, market share and image goals
- Collect and synthesize market information
- Bridge or directly record and handle incidents. Resolve questions and complaints from customers and distributors, and ensure good customer service in the area
