- General management of business activities of:
+ The North (including the Northern and North Central provinces (to Ha Tinh),
- Ensure strict compliance with the company's regulations, build and develop a strong OTC channel distribution system, fulfill sales targets, product coverage and customer coverage for our products company.
- Organize information gathering, potential assessment, analysis of market development trends in the area under their management on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis or upon request;
- Setting up the organization chart, staffing, income policy, recruiting, training personnel at branches, training, leading the OTC, ETC channel sales team.
- Monitor and supervise sales volume, delivery progress, collection of money of each branch in order to promptly have support and intervention instructions to ensure the completion of the branch's targets.
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to plan the strategy and development orientation of the company
- Perform other duties as directed by superiors.
