Job Description

• Get to know the company.
• Learn and grasp all projects and product segments of the Company.
• Manage all real estate trading activities of the Company.
• Develop, organize and implement business plans and strategies for Exchange projects, be responsible to the Board of General Directors for assigned targets and plans.
• Operate business activities and trading floors to achieve overall business efficiency.
• Update information about the Company's projects and product segments.
• Establish a system of strategic customers and potential customers to come up with an effective customer care plan.
• Identify and build strategic distribution channels. Develop relationships with partners.
• Accurately grasp information about real estate prices and transaction status of neighboring projects on the market to build the Company's business strategy.
• Collect, synthesize, and grasp market fluctuations and competitors, promptly provide proposals and solutions.
• Organize product introduction sessions, support sales staff to attract customers, and advise on information about Investors and real estate product segments.
• Support sales staff in negotiating and closing transactions with customers.
• Ensure sales staff fully and seriously carry out periodic reports.
• Participate in direct sales.
• Coordinate with the Company's Marketing department through marketing communication and advertising plans for each project, and develop sales plans for the floor to maximize revenue targets for each department/group/ staff I manage.
• Organize the working apparatus, manage, train and develop the sales department.
• Proactively build and establish a sales team to achieve set business goals.
